What data do we collect and for what purpose?

Newsletter subscription

If you have provided us with your e-mail address, we provide newsletter services — sending educational content and commercial information regarding our products and services.

Providing this data is voluntary, but necessary to send the newsletter.

Personal data is processed:

  • for sending marketing content as part of the newsletter — the legal basis is legitimate interest in connection with the consent granted by you;
  • for analytical and statistical purposes — the legal basis is legitimate interest of conducting analyses of user activity in order to improve our offer;

Website analytics (Google Analytics 4)

These data are processed in order to effectively run our profiles in connection with the promotion of our products and services, and to communicate with users. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in promoting our business and ongoing communication with users.

How long do we process personal data?

The period of data processing depends on the purpose of processing. As a rule, the data are processed:

  • for the duration of performance of the service (newsletter subscription — until unsubscription);
  • until the consent is withdrawn;
  • until submission of effective objection;
  • until an effective data erasure is requested.

Analytics data (Google Analytics 4) is retained for 14 months, after which it is automatically deleted by Google.

The data processing period may be extended if processing is necessary to establish, investigate or defend against possible claims.

What rights do you have?

We guarantee the implementation of all rights of persons whose data we process, including the right to:

  • access to personal data, including obtaining a copy;
  • data rectification;
  • data erasure;
  • restriction of processing;
  • data portability;
  • withdraw consent at any time (which does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal);
  • raise an objection;

To whom we make your personal data available?

Personal data on the basis of appropriate agreements are made available to entities processing data on behalf of the Controller. Such entities process data only in accordance with our instructions, maintaining their confidentiality and security.

Data transfer outside the EEA

The Controller transfers personal data outside the EEA as part of the use of services of the following subcontractors:

  • ConvertKit, Inc. (USA) — email marketing. Transfer takes place on the basis of standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
  • Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC (USA) — website analytics (Google Analytics 4). Primary processing takes place within the EEA by Google Ireland Limited. Any further transfer to the USA takes place on the basis of standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

We make every effort to ensure an adequate level of personal data protection after careful consideration of data security offered by sub-suppliers.
