smartrobotskills.com — These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website and your purchase of any digital product offered on it.

This website is operated by Piotr Ozga Smart Robot Skills, NIP: 8121929845, REGON: 541464500, ul. Hamernicka 13 lok. 10, 26-900 Kozienice, Poland ("we", "us", "the Seller").

What we sell
We sell digital products for ABB industrial robot integrators — pre-built RAPID code, configuration files, and related educational materials, delivered as instant digital download. No physical goods are shipped and no service, coaching, or consulting is included unless explicitly stated on the product page.
Payment processing
All payments are processed by Creem, acting as our Merchant of Record. This means Creem is the seller of record for tax and payment-processing purposes, handles applicable VAT/sales tax, and issues the payment receipt. Your relationship with Creem regarding payment processing is governed by Creem's own terms, in addition to these Terms which govern the product and content itself.
License to use the product
Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the downloaded files for your own commissioning and integration work, including in commercial and client projects.
You may not:
- resell, redistribute, or share the files with third parties as a standalone product;
- claim authorship of the underlying code or materials;
- repackage or extract the underlying code library to create or sell a directly competing product (e.g. a similar RAPID code library, template pack, or commissioning kit). This does not restrict using the product in your own commissioning and integration work, including for paying clients, as expressly permitted above.
Delivery
Digital products are delivered via instant download immediately after successful payment. If you do not receive access within a reasonable time, contact us at piotr@smartrobotskills.com and we will resolve it.
Refunds and cancellations
Refund eligibility is governed by our separate Refund Policy (smartrobotskills.com/refund-policy), which forms part of these Terms. In short: because these are instant-access digital products, the standard EU 14-day withdrawal right is waived at the point of purchase (with limited exceptions described in the Refund Policy — e.g. technical error on our part, or unopened files within 14 days).

Intellectual property
All content, branding, and materials on this website — excluding the licensed product files once purchased — remain the property of Piotr Ozga Smart Robot Skills and may not be copied or reused without permission.
No guarantees of outcome
Our products are training and engineering aids. We do not guarantee any specific commissioning outcome, timeline, or compatibility with every robot cell configuration — you are responsible for validating and adapting the provided code to your own installation, safety requirements, and applicable regulations.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of the product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost production time or downstream integration issues.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by Polish law. Any dispute not resolved directly with us will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Polish courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under EU law in your country of residence.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version applies to all purchases made after its publication date.
The current version of these Terms was adopted and has been in force since 12 July 2026.
